Well we feel a lot better after about 12 hours of sleep! Today has been such a blessing - recovering from travel and taking in all that is going on. We stayed in our room the whole day except to watch some street activity. We got room service (ate some sort of veggie burger - it was good... as long as it stays down)!
We even had to call the front desk when a circuit blew in our room and we lost power. Through everything we are so thankful for God’s provision and His rest. As Jesus says, “Come unto me all who labor ... and I will give you rest ... for My yoke is easy and My burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30) We are ready to meet our beautiful, wonderful girl tomorrow for the first time! Our guide will pick us up at 8:30 and we’ll head over to the orphanage, which is about an hour away. Be sure to expect some photos and videos off that trip!
